Una esperienza da non perdere

Veramente non avrei potuto pensare a un modo migliore per visitare il parco della via Appia Antica e dintorni, combinando una visita culturale con una piacevole attività fisica. Siamo stati accolti da personale molto gentile e preparato, e con nostra sorpresa ci siamo trovati con una guida personale solo per la nostra famiglia. La guida era molto preparata e ben organizzata. L'itinerario è stato studiato con molta attenzione ad evitare strade proncipali e a massimizzare il percorso su strade non aperte al traffico o viottoli di campagna. Ovviamente, questa gita è stata molto apprezzata dai bambini, sicuramente di più delle più delle visite ai musei ... :). Ho trovato questa idea mentre cercavo altre cose sul sito di ItalyXP e alla fine è risultata una delle esperienze migliori della nostra visita a Roma.

Wonderfully fun and informative!

We arrived in Rome just before this tour was to begin...there couples and three vintage Fiats. We were a bit late but they were waiting for us with open arms. Knowing that two people in our group had never been to Rome and that we would be having a private tour the next day, they took us to places out of the mainstream. The orange garden, The Roman Spa. War memorial. All with breathtaking views of the city at sunset. Plus the Fiats were so much fun. Our guides were wonderful even delivering us back to our apartment near the Vatican at the end. This was a family trip (son, daughter and their spouses) and this was the highlight of our trip to Italy. Cannot recommend highly enough. As they said if Mama (me) is happy everyone is happy! And I was very happy with this lovely way to get an overview of Rome.

This tour was much more than we expected, it was perfect!

Our driver Emanuele was fantastic and made our day easy and fun. He was knowledgeable, spoke excellent English, and definitely knew his way around Rome! We saw all of the major sites in the city plus 2 added stops at hillside parks to view beautiful Rome panoramas. When we disembarked he was there waiting and at the end of the day delivered us just steps from our entry back onboard. Our day could not have been more pleasant! Also, my experience with planning this tour with ItalyXP was great! Through many emails and making changes, the final result was perfect! Thank you ItalyXP for helping us enjoy an excellent day in Rome!

The evening was excellent. The driver very helpful and informative and showed us the magic of Rome. I have already recommended this to my friends. I hope our driver which i have forgotten the name of has a great time in Scotland this October and ultimately gets to be a Fireman.

Wow!!!!!!

Well what can I say? AWESOME!!!!! This made our trip to Rome. OK there are a bit of nerves to start with, but the guys are so reassuring, and talk to you all the time, pointing out the sites and telling you where they are going or doing. They had a planned route, but were happy to make alterations if we wanted,and linger for as long as we want. These guys need to be on everyone's itinerary who wants to see Rome properly. At the end of the tour they dropped us at their recommended restaurant. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!!!!!!
