The entire loop takes 100 minutes, but you can hop on or off at any of the following stops: Stazione Termini (Via Marsala, 7), Largo di Villa Peretti (Largo di Villa Peretti, 1), Santa Maria Maggiore (Via dell'Esquilino, 8), Colosseo (Via di San Gregorio), Circo Massimo (Piazzale Ugo La Malfa), Piazza Venezia (Via del Teatro Marcello, 32), Vaticano (Via della Conciliazione, 4), Fontana di Trevi (Via del Tritone, 179), Piazza Barberini (Via Barberini, 16).
The service runs from 9 am (first departure) to 7 pm (last departure). Departures every 20 minutes from Termini Terminal
On Saturday and Sunday the route also includes the Spanish Steps. The route can change depending on special unpredictable events.
