The Cenacolo Vinciano (also known as “The Last Supper”) is one of the most famous works of art in the world: it is a tempera painting made by Leonardo da Vinci in the 15th century, commissioned by the Duke of Milan.
It is located in the refectory of the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, and today is one of the most visited tourist attractions in Milan: to admire it, you have to book the tickets in advance, or you can join a guided tour.
