DAY 1: Rome
Your tour will start at the Hotel in Rome, reach independently the Hotel for check-in. In the evening you will join a guided walking tour of the city center. Afterwards, free time for dinner and return on your own to the hotel.
DAY 2: Assisi, Siena. Florence
After breakfast, departure by deluxe coach to Assisi; be ready to explore on your own the tiny walled town built in the middle ages. You are also urged to visit the Basilica of St. Francis and see the masterpieces by Giotto and Cimabue. Lunch NOT included. You will then board the bus to Siena, a Unesco World Heritage Site, known for the Palio, an ancient traditional horse race. Next, arrival in Florence: check-in at the hotel, dinner included and overnight.
DAY 3: Florence
After breakfast, visit Florence on your own. You will be wowed by the uncountable monuments of the historically vibrant city with one of the foremost artists’ works found there, Michelangelo. In the heart of the city will you find Palazzo Vecchio, and the Basilica of Santa Croce. Lunch (included) will be served in a Tuscan restaurant around Piazza Santa Croce. Free afternoon: walk through the streets of Florence or book and additional trip to Pisa. Overnight Florence (dinner NOT included).
DAY 4: Bologna, Padua, Venice (Mestre)*
After breakfast, departure to Bologna: discover the elegant city center and engage in street shopping. From Piazza Malpighi, you can take a walk to Piazza del Nettuno and Piazza Maggiore, and then the King Renzo’s Palace; Palazzo Podestà and the Basilica of San Petronio. Lunche NOT included. In the afternoon, you will continue toward Padua, famous for its Sant’Antonio Basilica. Later in the afternoon, arrival in Venice (Mestre)*. Check-in at the hotel, dinner included and overnight.

DAY 5: Venice
After breakfast, an exclusive private water taxi transfer will take you to Piazza San Marco, and then you will have the day at disposal to visit the main attractions such as the Palazzo Dei Dogi and the Bridge of Sighs”. We will offer a typical venetian aperitif before returning to the Hotel. Dinner NOT included. Return to the hotel in Mestre* and overnight.
DAY 6: Montepulciano (Tuscany wine region), Rome
After breakfast, departure to Tuscany. Passing through the Val di Chiana, stop in Montepulciano, a medieval town rich in history and art. Lunch in a typical restaurant included. Then quick stop to spend some free time. In the evening, you will arrive in Rome. Check-in at the hotel and overnight (dinner NOT included).
DAY 7: Rome
After breakfast, join the Vatican Museums tour: visit the Sistine Chapel and St. Peters’s Basilica, accessing with skip-the-line tickets.Your tour guide will lead you through the beautiful Galleries of Tapestries and Geographical Maps before admiring Raphael’s Rooms and, then, the amazing Sistine Chapel. The final stop of the Vatican tour will be the majestic St. Peters’s Basilica. Lunch NOT included. Free afternoon to visit Rome on your own. Dinner NOT included. Overnight.
DAY 8: Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento
After breakfast, departure to Campania. At arrival at Naples, you will have a short tour of the city wiht stops in the most panoramic points to take some unforgettable pictures. You will then be moved via bus to Pompeii for lunch with Italian pizza first and for a guided visit of the archeological ruins. After the visit to Pompeii, you will drive via the Sorrentine Coast, arriving in Sorrento: check-in, elegant dinner included (dress code: jacket for men) and overnight.
DAY 9: Sorrento - Capri
After breakfast, get ready for an exciting excursion to the island of Capri. Depending on weather and sea conditions, you will admire the dreamy Blue Grotto on a small rowboat. Afterward, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and then roam the island at your own pace. Overnight and dinner at hotel in Sorrento (dress code for men: jacket).
DAY 10: Sorrento - Rome
After breakfast, free morning to visit Sorrento on your own or shopping. In the early afternoon, departure departure back to Rome. Check in at the hotel and overnight stay (dinner NOT included).
DAY 11: Rome
Breakfast at the hotel. End of the tour.
