Get ready to discover the natural, historical and culinary highlights of the Liguria Region, overlooking the sea. Our 3-days escorted tour will allow you to visit the most beautiful destinations in Liguria, for an experience that you will never forget.
Day 1: Sarzana
Arrival and check-in at the hotel. Sarzana, the second largest city of Liguria, thanks to its location, since its foundation has been an intersection of communication between the regions of Liguria, Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna.
It has always been an important agricultural, commercial and strategic centre, and in the Middle Ages was an important religious centre too, for the presence of the bishop's seat and the court. I
n the evening, traditional Ligurian dinner at a traditional restaurant.
Overnight in 4 stars hotel.
Day 2: The Gulf of the Poets, Portovenere, Lerici, Mount Caprione
Departure to Portovenere, where you will explore the beautiful old town, with its multicolored houses and medieval streets that evoke unique emotions. Free time to explore the streets of the old town and wander around the small craft shops, and take a coffee or ice-cream in "Bar Lamia Calata Doria".
The afternoon will be free, to let you visit on your own the historic center of Lerici, with its colorful houses and the bustling fishing village.
We will continue to Mount Caprione and the country house "La Rosa Canina", which is nestled in the dense forest of Liguria: here, we will be greeted by Marco to visit the estate and taste typical Ligurian homemade dishes, such as fried panizza (a cake made with local cheese).
Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3: Departure
Breakfast and check-out, after an amazing experience along the beauties of Liguria.
