You'll start your day with a visit to some of the picturesque and quaint markets of Palermo, where you can discover the culinary delights that this city offers: the permanent market of Ballarò, the oldest of Palermo; the Capo market, one of the most colorful historical markets of the city; Vucciria (which in Sicilian means "confusion"), characterized by the voices and screams that overlap sellers.
After the market tour, start your cooking class: assisted by a professional chef, you will learn to create some of the typical dishes of the culinary culture of Sicily.
The lesson will be preceded by a welcome snack, as an introduction to the flavors of Sicily, carefully prepared by the chef.

Just to mention some of the Sicilian specialties that you might prepare during this experience, you may discover the secrets of "panelle", delicious chickpea flour pancakes; or the "cazzilli", croquettes of potato, or again see the preparation of the famous "Sicilian caponata", prepare a fabulous "eggplant parmigiana" or the famous "sarde allinguate".
