Admire the Trevi Fountain

Your tour will start on the well known Spanish Steps, then you will head to the Trevi Fountain, one of the largest Baroque fountains in Rome and also one of the most famous in the world. The fountain has gone through many designs and commissions but it was completed in 1762. Made from Travertine stone, the fountain façade proves to be stunning. Above the Trevi Fountain, you will discover the papal coat of arms because the idea of Trevi Fountain originated from Pope Urban VIII. The backdrop of the fountain is the Palazzo Poli, with two facades that tell two different stories. Your kids will be amazed by the stories the guide will tell them about this amazing fountain.

The main squares

Piazza Navona is a representation of Baroque Roman architecture and art. The Piazza has two fountains, Fontana del Moro, that has a basin and four Triton sculptures, while the other is the Fountain of Neptune with a statue of Neptune. The center fountain of Piazza Navona is the Fontana dei Quattro Fiumi that is topped with an Egyptian obelisk. You will have then the chanche to visit the Pantheon, a building that is dedicated to all the gods and since the 7th century, used as a Church that is dedicated to Mary and the martyrs.. The magnificent architecture can be seen in the circular concrete dome with one opening to the sky. The portico is built of large Corinthian granite.
