Hop on our comfortable tour bus and get ready for the breathtaking sceneries of the Amalfi Coast. A journey along this splendid route will unveil picturesque towns perched on frowned rocks, glamorous beaches, chic cafes and boutique stores. Join this day tour from Sorrento and discover it!
Our day tour from Sorrento starts with you being welcomed by our friendly tour escort, who will invite you to take a seat in our air-conditioned and very comfortable bus. And so the not very long, but very winding journey begins!
We depart from Sorrento and follow the road that takes us to superb sceneries, where the waves of the Mediterranean Sea meet the beaches of the Amalfi Coast, while quaint little towns look down on them from steep rocks.
The sea, the sun, the sand and the rocks that create the painting we call Amalfi Coast have fascinated people for centuries and will fascinate them for many years to come. Because, if there is one thing that everybody agrees upon when talking about this destination, it's that the sceneries are breathtaking. Nothing less, nothing more than superb paintings created by the talented hands of nature!
And this is your chance to take it all in and embrace the majesty of nature! We will stop along our route to admire the bay of Naples and Salerno, to walk the cobblestone streets of the bohemian Ravello and to feel the caress of the sea on our feet.
But this is not all! The road will take us to Amalfi, a picturesque town that houses a majestic 9th century cathedral worthy of your attention and, above all, admiration. You will have two hours of free time to wander the streets of this beautiful town in search of traditional souvenirs and chic cafes. You will have free time for lunch in Scala while admiring beautiful views of the poetical Ravello and the entire coast.
And the journey continues! Now it's time to stop for a while in the magical village of Ravello, a muse for Wagner, who wrote a part of his opera right here, and an inspiration for every traveler who gets to walk the town's streets. Everybody gathers in the main square, so you should stop for a while there, get to know the locals and admire a superb 11th century cathedral. Don't hesitate to also visit Villa Rufolo, an architectural masterpiece that boasts superb gardens and dazzling views.
As the sun prepares to set, we will take you back to Sorrento, not without passing first over imposing hills on the road to Castellammare.
Meeting point information and local telephone numbers at your destination are included on your Confirmation Voucher.
