Tuscany is an Italian region rich in culinary traditions and full of delicious dishes. Thanks to this unique cooking lesson in a rural villa around Florence, you can immerse yourself in this traditions, and under the expert guidance of our friendly Chefs, you will learn how to prepare some of the most delicious recipes in Tuscany.
The tour begins with a visit to the furnace and the mill of San Donato in Poggio, places where some of the main culinary products of Tuscany are produced, rigorously through a traditional way.
Next, we will move to the wineries, immersed in the green of the rolling hills, where they produce wines among the finest in Italy. Here you can enjoy typical local products such as honey, extra-virgin olive oil and, of course, the famous Tuscan wine.
After the tasting session, we will travel in a cozy, picturesque farm house, where you will finally start the cooking class with the Chefs. These extraordinary professionals will teach you how to cook four traditional Tuscan recipes, suggesting little tricks and secrets. Their experience will enable you to become a master chef!
And once the cooking lesson will be over, you can taste, all together with the Chefs, what you have prepared (for lunch or for dinner, depending on the starting time you choose)!
