Day 1: Parma
Arrival in Parma, a city of Etruscan origins, former capital of the Duchy of Parma. In the morning, you will visit a dairy farm that produces Parmigiano Reggiano. You will also visit a traditional prosciutto-factory that produces the famous Prosciutto di Parma, with tasting session (drinks included). Later, you'll have lunch with wine tasting and local gastronomic products.
In the afternoon, accompanied by a private guide, you will visit the castle of Torrechiara or the Fondazione Magnani Rocca (on request). Optional visit to Felino Castle and to the Salami Museum. Return to the hotel. Dinner at a restaurant near the hotel with drinks included. Overnight in 4 stars hotel.
Day 2: Parma
After breakfast (included), the morning is free to walk around and visit the beautiful city of Parma. We suggest a visit to the historical center of Parma, with a visit to the Cathedral, the Baptistery, the Farnese Theatre. Lunch with tasting of typical local cuisine at a restaurant in Fidenza Village, the most exclusive Chic Outlet Shopping in Italy where you can find the best Italian brands.
In the afternoon, free time for shopping at the Fidenza Village, with the possibility of buying the best brands with the exclusive "One Day Card - Invitation" offered to the visitors members. Transfer with an optional visit to the Rocca Meli Lupi di Soragna (on request).
In the evening, you will be taken to a restaurant on the banks of the River Po, for a dinner of local produce, with a visit to the nearby "Zibello Culatello", a traditional cellar where the salted pork is ripened. Overnight.
Day 3: Modena
Transfer to Modena for a visit of the old city with a guide. Guests can visit the Duomo, the Doge's Palace, the Piazza Grande and the Estense Gallery. Visit and tasting of the renowned balsamic vinegar of Modena.
In the afternoon visit the museum of Galleria Ferrari, to retrace the history of Ferrari and its founder. Departure.
