Admire typical Cummerse, white houses with peaked roofs and gable covered with chiancarelle, the same type used in the cone of the trulli.

If you want you can personally engage yourself in the preparation of typical dishes, following all the steps outlined by the chef. If you choose Polignano, you discover a charming village built on overhanging rocks on the sea. You will walk in the historical center to the typical balconies and cross the oldest bridge of the Via Traiana, still viable today, until you reach the Monument built in honor of the famous Italian singer Domenico Modugno. If you opt for Monopoli, you visit a city that still retains those traits that have made her one of the most important maritime cities and famous of Apulia.
