Information:

If your hotel is not equipped with a private dock, the destination of this transfer will be the closer docking point to your hotel. In case of entry into a canal of difficult access (see the list above) there is an extra fee of 20€ to be paid in cash directly aboard the water taxi.

Each passenger can carry more than one bag, paying an extra fee of 11€ per bag, to be paid in cash directly on board.

For transfer service during night hours (from 10 pm to 7 am) there will be a higher rate.

Confirmation will be received at time of booking. You will receive a voucher. This is your ticket and proof of purchase.

Fast, friendly and reliable service all at once.

We disembarked from our cruise ship at the port of Venice and had arranged a private water taxi service to take us to central Venice. We had hardly any time to wait for the boat to arrive and the driver was fantastic, helping take on our two large and heavy suitcases and also helping me to enter the boat. We were in Venice in no time. I had already been told as our hotel was located in a narrow canal we would be dropped off at the nearest docking station which he did. We really couldn't have asked for anything better it was about 50 meters away from the hotel and he gave us directions and was a cheerful, friendly and very professional taxi driver. We highly recommend this service to anyone. We chose this service as coming from Australia we were unsure how the Vaporetto and other services run and we were unsure of how far away our hotel was if we adopted any other form of transport. We couldn't be happier with ItalyXP - thanks a million.

Private water taxi transfer from port to hotel

This, in our opinion, was the ideal way to get from the ship pier to our hotel - fast, convenient and a wonderful experience. We entered Venice in style, just the two of us, and felt like royalty. It's more expensive, but totally worth it - would highly recommend!
