Day 1: Rome, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Borgo San Luigi
The beginning of your 4 Day Tuscany Wine Tour will be in the early morning in Rome, when you and your group will leave the Eternal city to head to the beautiful Montepulciano, one of the most beautiful Tuscan medieval villages, famous for its Nobile Wine to take home with you upon your return. You can enjoy there some wien tastings fof free in the traditional local shops and groceries.Then you will proceed to Pienza in the Val d'Orcia region, that depicts the perfect Renaissance town that was created by Pope Pius II. You will have some free time here to explore the ciy at your own pace. In the afternoon, arrive in Montalcino, the hilltop town that gives its name to both the region and its wines. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to walk around the walls of the fortress, where brave soldiers of the Republic of Siena made their last stand against Florence during battles in Middle Age. Enjoy your Brunello di Montalcino wine and Pecorino cheese tastings at one of the most famous wineries. Continue to Borgo San Luigi, a rural village built in the 16th Century that is surrounded by cypress trees and a beautiful landscape. Take in the peaceful setting by relaxing in the shade of the thick gardens or by going for a swim in the Olympic-size pool. Dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Borgo San Luigi, Siena, Greve in Chianti, San Gimignano
After breakfast, your 4 days Tuscany wine tour will continue by spending in the villages filled with adventures, charm, and beauty typical of this area. You will first reach Siena, where you will walk along the medieval streets in Siena and see where the horses are raced in the square for the Palio. Next, set off into the Chianti hills, enjoying views of beautiful forests, rows of vineyards and pretty medieval hamlets. The beautiful town of Greve is famous for its triangular-shaped piazza and for being the home of the famous sailor named Verrazzano. Spend your leisure time visiting the local boutiques and market stalls before taking a short drive to Castello di Verrazzano, where you’ll have a guided visit of the castle’s gardens and historical ageing cellars. Enjoy a guided tasting of some of the best wines, as well as lunch with typical dishes prepared with raw ingredients right from the farm and other local Tuscan producers. After lunch, you will spend your afternoon in the nearby medieval hill town of San Gimignano, where you can walk around this UNESCO World Heritage cite. You will have the chance to explore the town on your own before heading back to Borgo San Luigi for dinner and an overnight.
Day 3: Borgo San Luigi, Florence, Borgo San Luigi
After breakfast, enjoy a relaxing drive to Florence, where you will have free time to explore itsh unbelievable masterpieces. Every corner of the center of Florence is rich in art, culture and peculiar view. You will be fascinated by its numerous monuments, churches, and buildings, such as the Dome with its impreesive cupola, unique in the woirld, designed by Filippo Brunelleschi. In the heart of the city, you will see Piazza della Signoria and admire the fabolous view on the Old Bridge and its picturesque ancient jewelereries, and we haighly suggest also to taste the typical Florentine cuisine, such as the famous steak, "bistecca alla fiorentina" or the typical street food "Lampredotto".

Day 4: Borgo San Luigi, Volterra, Pisa, Borgo San Luigi
After a delicious breakfast on your last night, you will leave your hotel and head first towards Volterra, a mysterious town, eternally suspended between historical truth and legend. You will be fascinated by the historic centre of Volterra, filled with tiny medieval alleys and narrow streets, also famous for being the set of the movie "Twilight". The last stop of your 4 days tour in Tuscany will be the unmissable town of Pisa, with its unique Leaning Tower. You cannot go back home without a picture of one of the most famous places in the world! You will have free time to explore the city before leaving to Rome, arriving there in the evening.
