Cook in a splendid villa
You will reach on your own the beautiful villa located in Parma surroundings - which you will find planted in the middle of the countryside of Parma. You will at first enjoy the peaceful environment immersed into the nature and green of emilian hills. At the villa you will meet the local professional chef, ready to spend with you a fun half day of cooking! A large kithcen will be at your disposal for the cooking class and you will have all the ingredients and equipement needed to prepare delicious loclal dishes.
Taditional Parms dishes
Once you have selected the ingredients you wish to use, you will be ready for the cooking lesson. Here you will discover how to cook traditional dishes such as tortellini with fresh herbs, hand mand pasta filled with ricotta and spinaches, or fresh pasta with tomato sauce, according to seasonal availability of the ingredients. There will also be time to learn how to prepare "torta fritta", a fried bread which is a great pairing with local salami.
