Prepare and taste amazing Parma dishes

During the cooking class you will learn how to prepare dishes like Tortelli D’erbetta which is acclaimed one of Parma’s most traditional pasta. It is pasta with a filling of ricotta cheese and chards. But there will also be time to prepare Tagliatelle garnished with Tomato sauce, which are very typical in the entire Emilia Romagna region. At the end of the class, you will have the opportunity to taste what you prepared, of course!
