Description: 

DAY 1: Palermo

The amazing tour of Sicily and Malta starts at the hotel in Palermo, where you meet our professional tour leader.

DAY 2: Monreale, Palermo, Marsala

After breakfast, the day starts with a a visit of Monreale, with its splendid Arab-Norman Cathedral, a must-see in Sicily. You will then return to Palermo, to start a proper tour of the city, one of the most enticing destinations in Italy: you will walk among many attractions, including the Arab-Norman Cathedral, Martorana Church, Capella Palatina, Pretoria Square. We will admire the unique architecture of Palermo and there will be a time for a delicious snack at a famous Focacceria. After free time for lunch, a little more walking through Palermo city centre and then departure for Marsala. Here, you will visit a famous winery and have a delicious wine tasting. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Marsala. 

DAY 3: Marsala, Marsala Salt Road, Selinunte, Agrigento

The third day of the tour continues with a visit of Marsala historical center, then along the famous Salt Road, admiring the wonderful natrual reserve, the windmills and the salines. The next destination is Selinunte with its huge Archaeological Park housing a splendid ancient Greek city. After free time for lunch, we leave for the last stop of the day: Agrigento to visit the Valley of the Temples, an historical wonder preserved from Greek times. Dinner and overnight at thotel in Agrigento. 

DAY 4: Agrigento, Piazza Armerina, Ragusa

After breakfast, our experience continues with Piazza Armerina, visiting its famous Villa Romana del Casale and the amazing mosaics. Free time for lunch, we then head towards Ragusa Ibla, with a splendid cathedral and dozens of charming churches. We will enjoy a tasting of local products here and, In the evening, a  private trasnfer will take you to the Port of Pozzallo. From there, you will take the direct ferry that will bring you to Malta, at Valletta Port. Private transfer to your Hotel and overnight. 
Please, note that the Tour Escort will be present until the evening of Day 4. From the Day 5, the tour will be semi-independent.

DAY 5: La Valletta, Mdina, St. Julian’s

The first day of the Malta experience will begin after breakfast, with a tour of La Valletta. A guide will take you to visit the most interesting attractions, including the Barraca Gardens, from where you can enjoy a fantastic view on the Valletta Port, to St. John’s Cathedral, the Palace of the Grand Master, the Casa Rocca Piccola, a baroque jewel. The tour continues to  Mdina, the former capital of Malta, located right in the center of the island: after visiting the Cathedral of St. Paul, you will have some free time to explore the charming streets of the village. Return to the Hotel by private transfer. Overnight in Hotel. 

DAY 6: Malta, Cottonera, Marsaxlokk, Blue Grotto, Dingli, Golden Bay

The sixt day will be dedicated to a full day excrusion with a private driver, who will take you to visit many attractions of Malta.  The first stop is Cottonera, also called "The Three Cities": the three fortified cities of Senglea, Vittoriosa and Cospicua. Next, we head over the Marsaxlokk village, a nice picturesque villages where you can admire the architecture and the colorful traditional boats called "luzzi" floating in the Port. After some free time, the driver will take you to  Wied iz­Zurrieq where you will embark on boat tourtowards the famous Blue Grotto, an idyllic spot perfect for pictures. We will then proceed towards Dingli, passing through Malta countryside and last, the Golden Bay in Mellieha, one of the most beautiful beaches of the island! Free time for a bath and return to the hotel for the overnight. 

DAY 7: Comino, Laguna Blu, Gozo, le Grotte di Malta

The last full day in Malta is dedicated to a fantastic mini cruise! A private transfer will take you to Bugibba to get onboard the boat. You will sail to the island of Comino and you will stop at the Blue Lagoon. You will have time, around one hour, to take some pictures, sunbathe and have a swim, before reaching Gozo. You'll discover its best places: Ta 'Pinu, Dwejra, the Azure Window and the capital Victoria. Transfer to your hotel and overnight.

DAY 8: End of services

After breakfast, this unforgettable tour will end.
