Tuscany’s famous “Vino Nobile” has successfully earned a place for this city on the world wine map. “Vino Nobile” is an intense ruby red wine dating back to early Etruscan times and one of the favourites among the local Sienese aristocracy in the 15th century. We will be visiting one of the oldest vineyards producing this DOCG classified wine, with its famous cellars carved out of tufo rock.
