    11-day tour departing from Rome and arriving in Venice

    Day 1 - Arrival in Rome: Welcome to Italy! Transfer from Rome airport or Rail Station to your hotel. Overnight at your hotel in Rome.
     
    Day 2 - Rome: After having breakfast at your hotel, you will discover the Imperial Rome on a group tour (available only in English) including the Forum and the magnificent Colosseum. Afterwards, you will have plenty of free time to discover the city at your own. Overnight in Rome.
     
    Day 3 – Rome - Naples – Pompeii - Rome: This day you will be headed to explore the city of Naples and the famous archeological site of Pompeii at the foot of Mount Vesuvius. After your breakfast at the hotel, you will depart by coach to pass through the charming city of Naples and continue to Pompeii, where you will have a light lunch before enjoying the guided visit to understand how Romans used to live. At the end of the tour, you will return to Rome by coach. Overnight in Rome.
     
    Day 4 – Rome - Florence:  You will have breakfast at your hotel and will go afterwards, autonomously, to Rome rail station where you will board a high-speed train to Florence. Upon arrival in Florence, go to your hotel on your own. You will then have free time to explore the city. Overnight in Florence.ù
     
    Day 5 – Florence – Siena – San Gimignano – Chianti - Florence: After enjoying breakfast at your hotel, you will start a day tour heading to the Chianti area and visit Monteriggioni, with is still intact medieval walls. The day tour will continue to Siena where you will discover the amazing Piazza del Campo, Piazza Duomo, The Cathedral, Palazzo Pubblico and the famous Torre del Mangia. Later, after having a light lunch, the tour will continue with a visit to Chianti area, with a wine tasting experience of local products. At the end of the experience, you will return to your hotel. Overnight in Florence.
     
    Day 6 – Florence – La Spezia: Breakfast at your hotel. Later you will reach, by your own, the rail station to board a train to La Spezia, on the Ligurian coast. Once there, you will get to your hotel. In the afternoon, you will have free time to explore the city or the near town of Portovenere. Overnight at La Spezia.
     
    Day 7 – Le Cinque Terre: having enjoyed your breakfast at the hotel, you will have the chance to visit the Villages and coastline of Le Cinque Terre with your “Cinque Terre card & Train” that allows you to hop between the villages and access to the waling paths that hug the coast. Later, you will return to your hotel at La Spezia. Overnight at La Spezia.
     
    Day 8 – La Spezia – Milan: following breakfast at your hotel, you will reach the rail station, by your own, to board a train to Milan. Once in Milan, you will have free time to discover the city of arts and fashion at your own pace. Overnight in Milan.
     
    Day 9 – Milan – Lake Como – Bellagio – Milan: This day you will discover Lake Como, located close to Milan, nestled between the huge snow-capped Alps that rise from it shores. After breakfast, you will go by coach to visit Como’s historic centre and its attractions. Take your time to get to know the town and do some shopping in the many local boutiques. Later, you will take a panoramic cruise on Lake Como to the enchanting villages of Bellagio. Docking at Bellagio, one of the most famous towns on the lake, you can follow the step alleys running up from the lake to stop and enjoy a coffee or gelato. Make the most of the free time available before taking a cruise to Cadenabbia and back to your coach for the return journey to your hotel at Milan. Overnight at Milan.
     
    Day 10 – Milan – Venice: Breakfast at the hotel. Afterwards, you will reach the rail station to board on a high-speed train, as you traverse the country across to the East Coast and the iconic Venice. Rest of the day at leisure. Soak up the hustle and bustle of St. Mark’s square and the Grand Canal or escape to the quieter side streets and small canals that crisscross the city. Overnight in Venice.
     
    Day 11: Venice: Breakfast at your hotel and end of the services.
