    Information: 

    If your hotel is not equipped with a private dock, the starting point of this transfer will be the closer docking point to your hotel. In case of entry into a canal of difficult access (see the list above) there is an extra fee of 20€ to be paid in cash directly aboard the water taxi.
     
    Each passenger can carry more than one bag, paying an extra fee of 11€ per bag, to be paid in cash directly on board.
     
    For transfer service during night hours (from 10 pm to 7 am) there will be a higher rate.

    Confirmation will be received at time of booking. You will receive a voucher. This is your ticket and proof of purchase.

    Used this water taxi service 4 times while in Venice. Pre-paid and pre-booked from home in the USA. Always on-time and helpful with luggage on and off the boat. Can't say enough good about them. Highly recommend, will not hesitate to use them again.

    Best way to arrive from the airport! Our first time in Venice, we stayed a couple of days before boarding for our Mediterranean cruise. Booked with ItalyXP for both transfers, from Marco Polo Airport to our hotel and, from our hotel to the cruise port. Very happy we decided to take the water taxi as the views were absolutely amazing! Service was awesome, easy and efficient--will definitely use their service again! Can't wait to go back to Venice, Italy!
