Have you always wanted to cook gluten free Italian cuisine? Here is the opportunity to learn how to prepare and cook gluten-free pasta, pizza, gnocchi, risotto and bread. You will learn how easy it is to cook flavorful dishes by only using rice, quinoa, lupin, buckwheat and millet. There will be menus of cooking vegetables, meat and some bread baking. All kitchen tools and utensils are specifically met for celiac symptoms.

Our specialized chef will teach you the nutrients and highlights the benefits of the natural ingredients. The love for natural ingredients in the chef will instil in you to avoid the industrial mixes and encourages you to cook only with natural gluten-free products. In this cooking class, the chef will teach you how to identify the natural ingredients in the market and make you fully aware of the natural properties of each product. Beginning from the process of selecting the ingredients by learning the characteristics and showing you how to mix the products. We will start from scratch. During the class lessons, you will be supplied by the local farms the best and fresh, seasonal and organic vegetables and meat.

After every hard work, there's a reward. At the end of the lesson, you can enjoy your home cooked meal complimented with wine. Depending on which part of the day your cooking class starts, we will be either having it for dinner or lunch. There will be menus of vegetables, meat and some baking.
