Immerse yourself in the beautiful Piazza della Signoria and walk under the Ponte Vecchio, the oldest bridge in the city. After which, we will return to the port of Livorno.

Santa Maria del Fiore and the Baptistery of San Giovanni

The Baptistery of San Giovanni is one of the oldest churches in Florence and it is located right across from the Florence cathedral, the church of Santa Maria del Fiore. Famous for its octagonal plan, the charming baptistery combines faith, history, and art. The mysterious origin of this unique monument still represents as one of the most important themes in the entire history of art.

Piazza della Signoria

Stroll through the 13th century Piazza della Signoria to experience the height of the Renaissance period. The L-shaped Piazza is the hustling center of social and politics of the city. Piazza della Signoria is famous for its artistry monuments, marble carved fountains and impressive marble statues. The grand Palazzo Vecchio is the town hall of the city. Many have recognised the square as an outdoor gallery with collections of impressive Renaissance sculptures. Just to name a few of the masterpieces is the "Fountain of Neptune" or the "Biancone".

Ponte Vecchio

Following your guide, you will be conducted between roads and unique alleys that will lead you to the Ponte Vecchio, the oldest bridge in the city. It was once considered a true symbol that is full of stories and legends. If one would hear the stories in the still night surrounded by a dull hum of Florentine opera music, it certainly is one of the most romantic bridges of Italy.
