In the morning we will make our way to Genzano, an ancient religious town that is situated in the Alban Hills overlooking the Lake of Nemi. It is renowned for its “Infiorta”, a folkloristic and religious medieval themed festival. Take your time to admire the English garden of Palace Sforza Cesarini, the artistic Fountain of St. Sebastian or the Santa Maria Cathedral.

Dinner will be in a typical hostelry in one of the Slow Food restaurants, the l’Osteria San Gaetano of the “Frascati Community Hosts of Mother Earth”. The menu is dedicated to the traditional recipes from the Castelli Romani area and will be served with a presentation and tasting of local cakes, pastries and biscuits of Genzano.
