Discover the secrets behind creating Italian homemade dishes that pair perfectly with cheese, and that are created using different cheeses. You'll be able to taste what your prepared, as well, and to bring your yummy creation back home. Our class uses locally sourced organic ingredients to prepare each delicacy.
Afterwards, we will make a lunch or a dinner out of gourmet regional products such as mixed cold cuts with fine Tuscan wine and, of course, cheese. We will taste many local kinds of cheese but also many unknown fresh and aged cheeses associated with jams or honey from different plants. Sample the local truffle honey and aged balsamic vinegar and wash each bite down with hearty Tuscan wine.
