Relaxed and brilliant.
We had a lovely afternoon and it was a lovely environment and out of the window could see mSanta Matia in Travestere- a truly fantastic church with square. Wonderful cookery lesson and celebrated our friends birthday impromptu with limoncello- really uplifting.

Perfect ice cream class
My wife treated me on this ice cream making class. It appeared we were the only participants. We enjoyed it very much because we succeeded in making 3 different flavours, tasted 2 other flavours and we also decorated the ice cream.
The studio overlooks the most famous piazza in trastevere, and we enjoyed seeing the people on the piazza as an extra. We also got a very good tip where to eat in Trastevere.
So thank you, Paola and Carlo for this very pleasant afternoon!

A fun, educational and delicious afternoon of gelato making for both children and adults
Paola and Carlo, the chefs, welcomed us into their beautiful kitchen for an afternoon of gelato making for 4 adults and 4 children ranging in ages from 7 to 9 years old. Not only was the gelato fantastic, but the kids were engaged and we all learned a great deal. The whole event was incredibly well organized and very lovely. A wonderful break from typical sightseeing! We recommend this experience highly. As parents on a long trip, it was also a nice treat for someone else to be in charge for a few hours!

Great Fun
I booked the gelato making class as a surprise for my boyfriend and we both had an amazing time! Paola and Carlo were very friendly and helpful not just regarding gelato making, but Rome in general! The class is in a spacious kitchen overlooking a lovely piazza, so you can also get some great photos between making and eating some delicious gelato. To top it all off, the chefs surprised me with candles at the end of the class, as they knew that our trip was for my birthday - a real treat! All in all, it was a lovely couple of hours to enjoy Rome at a slower pace, a nice break from sightseeing.
