The departure will take place with a pick-up at your hotel in Catania or Syracuse. The tour for discovering Mount Etna’s most beautiful landscapes will take around 7 hours. You will be accompanied by a certified bike guide, who will be right beside you the entire mountain bike route, and will choose the best route according to the season and the weather conditions.
You might experience the higher path that crosses the Etna, or pass along the path of the casting of 2001.
Taste some of the local goodies
Halfway through the group tour, we will stop at the famous Zafferana organic farm, that will offer you local products for tasting. The crops that grow on Etna’s slope thrive thanks to the volcanic soil. During all these years, the soil was formed by the disintegration of lava. Because it contains all these particles, it has proven to be quite nourishing. Due to its rich content of minerals, the soil benefits from nutrients like magnesium, iron, phosphorus, copper and others.

After the group tour is over, you must return the rental bike and helmet. You shall be dropped off directly at your hotel.
