Very interesting group of people to dine with. Chef's spouse was energetic and fun.
Overall the experience was good. The value for the price was moderate. And the main issue is we requested a vegetarian meal at the time of booking and they were not aware. They pulled something together for my dinner partner and it was sub par.

Lovely evening
What a wonderful experience. We were treated first class and the three course meal was great. I will tell our friends about it.

Best experience of our holiday!!!
My sister and I did the Tuscan menu cooking course end of October - and it was FANTASTIC! If you want to learn how to actually make the dishes, while tasting your way through amazing produce, lovely wine and whilst having great company this is the way to go. Vary and Edo are amazing hosts and will make you feel welcome...apart from being a really fun experience, the dinner we prepared with Vary's expert support was THE BEST food we had in all of Florence. We would definitely do it again if we go back to Florence!

A Florentine dinner with Chef was THE BEST!
My husband and I had the privilege of having a private dinner in Chef Vary and Edo's home this past September 27th. The food was as good as it gets and the presentation was incredible. We just didn't expect this to be as wonderful as it was. I had food I had never tried before and everything was to perfection. A very different and gorgeous Tiramisu and incredibly delicious. I'll take this over the coffee flavored one any day. My husband said this was the highlight of the trip, and I'm the foodie of the family! I would definitely recommend the experience its can give you.
