Italy Experience srl is an innovative company that manages www.italyp.com, an online marketplace of tourism services and itinerary planning, targeting inbound tourism in Italy. The team is composed by experienced managers and young professionals. In these years the company witnessed a healthy growth and today it boasts ever-growing revenues.
The Travel Consultant 2.0 will join our customer care team and will be responsible for the entire customer assistance process (via email, instant chat and phone).
- Interaction with clients to provide them information.
- Design of suitable travel packages according to clients’ needs.
- Quotation of custom services.
- Negotiation for the final sale.
- Organization of the trip, including booking of multiple services and interaction with our supplier partners.
- Customer assistance during the trip.
- Follow up with clients after the trip and feedback management.
The goal is to ensure that the whole customer care management process is carried out properly and on time, leveraging the sales opportunities of each clients’ request.
- Master of art in Foreign Languages, Tourism, Hospitality, Business administration or relevant fields.
- Fluency in English and Spanish language is mandatory, both oral and written (C1/C2). Knowledge of other languages will be a plus.
- Interest in travel & tourism field and customer care activity. Previous related experience will be considered a plus.
- Strong sales skills and commercial awareness.
- Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Familiarity with domestic travel destinations.
- Personal travel experience is considered an advantage: travel enthusiasts are welcome here!
Compensation and placement will be commensurate with skill set and experience.
The office is located in Rome, in Salario/Parioli area.
