Respect the dress code: keep your shoulders and knees covered. These rules are mandatory for access and could be grounds for exclusion from the tour without refund.
In case of bad weather condition, the Duomo institution might decide to close the terrace. In this case, no refund or discount will be given.
Thanks to the skip-the-line tickets, you can enter the Duomo from the Group Entrance, avoiding the line at the Ticket Office. The line for the elevator that goes to the Terraces is the same for every visitor.
Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult on this tour.
