The Vatican Tour

Wow. The tour started in the early morning. We were picked up promptly from our hotel, which was comforting because it was our first day in Rome and we did not know our way around yet. Prior to the start of the tour we were sorted out into smaller groups. We were given headphones with little radios so we could hear our tour guide. The guide was so great. Her knowledge about the art and history of the Vatican was expansive as well as her knowledge of the ancient city of Rome and it's politics. I wish we could have had her for our all our tours! This is a must do!
