Day 1 – Palermo

Upon arrival at Palermo, reach your hotel in the city center.
At dinner, you will have the chance of indulging in some delectable Sicilian specialities and delightful cakes, during our Slow Food Presidia Welcome Dinner.
Overnight stay.

Day 2 – Marsala, Erice

After breakfast, we will head off to visit Marsala, well know because here the "Marsala wine" has long been produced.
We will discover a 19th century structure, that hosts a traditional winery, and you will get to taste this local specialty. You will then have some time to explore the city on your, own, before having lunch in a splendid local restaurant.
A good way to continue your afternoon might be continuing to Erice, which is perched on an imposing hill and renowned for "Ettore Maiorana", its scientific cultural centre. Visit the historical bell tower "Matrice", the great Normal Castle "Balio" and the fascinating Venus Castle. Here, you can stop at one of the local pastry shops, that still follow the traditinal recipes in preparing almond pastries filled with candied lemon, the world-famous cannoli, the Zibibbo liquor and the "brutti ma buoni" biscuits.

Day 3 – Pollina, Palermo

Today, you'll discover the Agrituirsmo La Manna, in Pollina. Here, you'll enjoy a traditional lunch based on Madonie cuisine specialties, while visiting the farm and listening to the stories of the traditional recipes. Back to Palermo, you can indulge in exploring this amazing centre.
Sicily's main city, Palermo attained its peak and prominence after the Norman Conquest. To gain an understanding of this magnificently dishevelled city, we will be visiting The Cathedral, St. John of Hermits, Norman Palace, Palatine Chapel
In the afternoon, we suggest to taste some pastries in the historical centre, or visit one of the traditional Botteghe, selling products that grown in the lands that have been confiscated from the Mafia.
Overnight stay in Palermo.

Day 4 – Agrigento, Syracuse

We will depart for Agrigento after breakfast. Here, you will follow your guide and be intrigued by the "Valle dei Templi" (Valley of the Temples) in the afternoon.
You will have lunch at a typical Trattoria in Agrigento downtown.
Departure for Syracuse and overnight stay in the hotel. 

Day 5 – Ragusa, Noto, Syracuse

After breakfast, we suggest visiting the wonderful UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ragusa, and be enchanted by its baroque architecture. Wander around Ragusa Ibla, the oldest part, and the new city, admiring how the two combine in a unique mix.
You will then proceed to Noto, another example of baroque style that is definitely worth a visit. You will have the chance to taste Noto's almonds, famous for their high quality. You'll visit a local producer that will explain the production process and let you have a taste.
Departure for Syracuse and dinner in the historical centre of Ortigia. Overnight stay in Syracuse.

Day 6 – Syracuse, Mount Etna, Taormina

In the morning, you can visit the centre of Syracuse and Ortigia, admiring the remains of the old centre of political and social life of Ancient Greece.
Departure for Taormina, you will stop  to unwind and marvel at the picturesque view of the Ionian coast and its calm sea, and of the Mount Etna, before stopping at a local winery production firm, realising some of the most prestigious wines of Mount Etna. You will get yo taste local wines and products.
Check into your hotel in Taormina, overnight stay.

Days 7 – Taormina

In the morning, embark on an guided excursion around the old town of Taormina, visit the grand Doric temple held by 36 columns and the alluring Greek Theatre.
After free lunch, you can spend the day at leisure as you tour around the resort town or simply chill on the beautiful beach. Situated at approximately 200m above sea level, Taormina gives the impression of a terrace with the boundless Ionian Sea and Mount Etna as a stunning backdrop. This alluring town is characterized by its charming culture and natural beauty and has always been a top-choice destination for celebrities and prominent figures.

Day 8 – Departure
